We combine Krav Maga combatives, high intensity interval training, strength conditioning and heavy bag work for a dynamic, motivating, fun and refreshing workout!

You can expect to do body weight exercises, heavy bag work, battle ropes, sprints, plyometrics, kettle bells and much more.

The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Essentially, it’s crazy-efficient—which means you could be spending less time in the gym each week while still cashing in on all the fat-burning, metabolism-boosting, and heart-pounding benefits.
